M.SC. NURSING

The M.Sc. Nursing program offers a two-year educational journey for candidates who have excelled in their B.Sc. Nursing or P.B.B.Sc. Nursing, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence. With an intake capacity of 26 seats, the program provides specialized tracks in Mental Health Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. This comprehensive course equips students with advanced knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to excel in their nursing careers. Eligibility criteria include a strong academic background, nursing registration, one year of work experience, and good health.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational requirement:-

1. A candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing /P.B.B.Sc Nursing (with minimum of 55% aggregate marks) in examination conducted by institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council
2. A candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any replica watches State Nursing Registration Council.
3. A candidate should have minimum one year of work experience after B.Sc. Nursing / prior or after post basic B.Sc. Nursing from the date of Registration
4. A candidate should be medically fit.

Obstetices & gynecological Nursing :- 05 Seats

Child Health Nursing :- 05 Seats

Medical Surgical Nursing :- 04 Seats

Community Health Nursing :- 04 Seats
